In need of inspiration... and a kick up the *kitten*!

Hi Guys,

I've been using My Fitness Pal for about 2 months now and I'm loving it. It's been really helpful and its been great to see what my friends have been doing but its getting to the point now where I need something else.

Inspiration?

A kick up the backside?

More friends to chat to and support?

I'm an actress and I'm currently on tour with a kids musical, which is fun but having a routine and fitting in exercise (especially when staying in different places) is difficult. Anyone have any ideas or little tips for effective exercise with limited space?

I'm also heading off on holiday in 2 weeks, which I suppose is the whole reason I started on my quest to become fitter, happier and healthier. I'm going on a month long round the world trip with my uncle which will be AMAZING! But I am worried that I will undo a lot of the hard work I have done, so any advice from frequent travelers out there would be lovely!

    There are times when I curse at Shaun T, mainly while doing the workout.
