** Food Diary Recommendations - Manual Levels Questions**

All,

I am trying to find a way to modify the goals (i.e calories, fat, protein, etc.) because, although they may be helpful for some, I am eating to fuel muscle growth and the recommended levels are not what I want...

Honestly, I have just been exceeding the goals and keeping my own goals in mind but it would be nice to not have to see negative red numbers in the calorie, protein, etc. categories...

    Go to the "My Home" tab. Select Goals --> Change Goals --> Custom. You still need to set the goals with percentages so you will need to do some math.
