You make time to shower, right? Do the same thing, but for exercise. Choose things that are easy to do... DVD workouts at home... run from home... bike ride from home. Lift weights in your basement if you're blessed with the space. Work out in your lunch break... work out immediately after work so the couch doesn't swallow you... work out while your kids are napping or after they go to bed at night. Replace some other activity you do - maybe TV or computer time - with exercise.
Everyone has time.
Ok, maybe not everyone. Single moms of toddlers who work full time and go to school will struggle even to make time. The rest of us can usually manage.0 -
If you have a set schedule at work, it might help to have a set schedule to work out. Say you go to work from 9am-5pm. You could work out at 7am, shower and go to work. If you think working out at the end of the day, work out at 7pm, whatever time works best for you. I hear it's best to work out in the morning to give you more energy for the day.0

FInd something you enjoy! That is the single best motivating factor.
Take dance classes, take hooping classes, try a yoga DVD, sign up for boot camp...0
