What are some snacks you eat during the day. I'm running out of ideas.. I need to mix it up. It's been triscuits and cheese and granola bars. lol Same ol thing is getting OLD!

  • What about just trying something as easy as a piece of fruit? Maybe an apple with some peanut butter. Dried fruit with some yogurt or maybe string cheese.

    Popcorn
    A few squares of dark chocolate
    Nuts, Almonds, Walnuts
    Sunflower seeds
    Sugar Free Jello
    Greek Yogurt (Yoplait makes some delicous greek yogurt popscicles)

    In portions of 200 calories or less:

    Yogurt

    Cottage cheese and fruit

    Nuts (I need to weigh these to keep myself honest. I love nuts.)

    Bagel thin with peanut butter, or light cream cheese and a little jam, or Philly Indulgence

    Hummus with pretzel thins and/or carrots

    Baked corn chips and salsa

    Cheese-peanut butter sandwich crackers (Lance makes reduced fat ones that are under 200 for a pack of 6)
