How much should I weigh?

Ok, I have a goal in my head to be 120 lbs. I'm around 124 now. But I see so many women who weigh 110 or so... Should I try further to 115 maybe?
My height is 5'4". I'm pretty short.
Which calculators should I use?

Use this calculator. For frame size, there's a simple test. Take the thumb and middle finger of one hand and wrap them around your other wrist. If they don't touch, you're large frame; if they touch, medium frame; if they touch and overlap, small frame. All the rest should be easy to enter. Hope this helps!

I say get to 120, see how you feel. If you're still unhappy/not comfortable, go to 115 :)

Oh and I am 5'4" also. When I was younger (42 now) 131 would have been seriously chubby for me. I always felt best around 115. That's not scientific I know. Now at my age I am shooting for 125.

You're kidding me with the wrist test for your frame size? Right?!?!
That's going to change depending on how much you weigh.
I use to have a large frame when I was 176 and now I'm a small frame at 143. Hmmmmmm.

The wrist thing is a quick and dirty test. You can use this sight to be more specific (may still be a little off):

I have a quick question to add to this (if the OP doesn't mind :) )
According to that test i'm medium framed, however i am particularly top heavy (gained weight on my boobs not lost), does this need to be taken into account, and if so any suggestions oh how?

    Thanks for all your responses.
I think I will get to 120 and will decide if I go any further. I'm just afraid that I be not satisfied with my weight does not matter what! (((

I bought a wii fit plus today and that told me for my height (5'6) I should be 9st 11lbs. Thats more than what I was when I started losing weight. I think it very much depends on staying within a healthy BMI range and what you feel is comfortable for your body shape.
