My feet are way too big/ wide for nikes...they don't fit at all! I'll have to look up what my most recent pair of running shoes are...their model name is BEAST, thought that was appropriate....0 -

Don't not wear shape ups to work out. I walk outside with them but wearing them to the gym is bad. I wear reebox or nike running shoes. Anyone please feel free to add me, I'm struggling with my diet and exercising. I need motivation.0

Ahhhhh....not all NB's are made in the US. They finally had to give in to compete.0 -
might have to give nike's a second try. I've tried them before and they just hurt my feet. That was before I had surgery on my left foot though so maybe I should give them a shot again.
I currently have saucony's love them and have been looking at another pair but just trying to find maybe something that works a bit better.
I have tried a few different "sorts" of "TOE SHOES" and just can't get down with them...
thanks for all the reply's keep EM COMING!!!0 -

You're right, not all NB are made here. I still buy the ones that are though... Not a huge selection :-(

Vibrams five fingers, speacialized bike shoe, or asics cross trainer depending on what i'm doing.0

vibrams usually. if my feet ever hurt from working out on the fly in the wrong shoes (usually the center part of my foot) then i must wear those tennis shoes with the big round bump on the bottom in the center. mbt's i think they're called. they're old and i hardly ever use them anymore but they are useful to get a treadmill or other workout when my feet hurt.0

New balance because they last moderately well AND fit MY foot the best... does not hurt that they are moderately priced compared to many but for a good shoe, that should seldom be a major factor (until we get to the level of extravagance)... None-the-less, it really has to depend on the fit for YOUR feet... What works for me may not work for you and vice versa...0

Asics for running, Reeboks for Zumba (smooth, less grippy sole to save my knees) and socks for compound lifts.0
