My favorite is my Adidas Kanadia Trail Running shoes. I have 2 pairs. The first shoes I've found that fit ME perfectly. I've had no injuries or pain with them. It will be a sad day for me when they stop making them...

    Any of these:
1 pair - Danskin shoes made from recycled plastics (bags and waterbottles)
1 pair - Champion cross trainers
    1 pair - Nike Shox

Usually my Nike's for running because I'm an oversupinator and they keep my foot & ankle really stable. The other two for walking or lifting or some sort of workout DVD because they were cheap.

Short runs and fitness camp/boot camp: New Balance Minimus road shoes
Longer runs: the original Brooks Pure Flow

Have a pair of Saucony Virrata in the closet for when I get done with my post-surgery recovery in May. I'll likely change up my workout schedule at that point, so we'll see if we need to go get anything different.
