    You look so wonderful, great job :). I was feeling down on myself and seeing help to remind me this is do able. I read your whole post and checked out your profile and I didn't see how tall you were, maybe I am just over looking it. Just wondering because I am 5 foot 8 inches myself and my goal weight is 160.

    Keep up the great work girl :)

    I am just under 5ft 6, or 168cm xx.
