For those trying to find low cal meals that are quick and easy, i just received the Hungry Girl 300 under 300 (300 recipes under 300 calories) and the 200 under 200 ( " " ) cookbooks
they appear to have some things that look pretty good , found walmart online was the cheapest place to order them

looking forward to trying them. I have gastroparesis so it is harder to find appropriate foods my system will tolerate, but some of these may work for that too.

    I love HungryGirl. The best thing I have learned from her was about "Food Swaps". Using lower calorie/fat/carb food items to replace the not-so-healthy normal ingredients in recipes. I :heart: :heart: :heart: HG.
