Its really weird, I upped my calories using the TDEE -20% feature and so I am really eating more often, but the last couple of days I noticed an increase in hunger. Maybe its just because of TOM. See what happens next week
Your TOM could very well be it. Try filling up the best you can on health foods. I know for me during TOM I could eat 1/2 a cow and still feel hungry. Exercise helps and keeping myself very busy so I don't start mindless eating. Good luck.0 -
I always drink a big 16 oz glass of water whenever I'm hungry. That does it for me. Hunger is sometimes due to lack of hydration. Are you high on your sodium? Have you checked online that you are getting enough water per day for your weight? I usually drink more if I'm even 500 close to my end of sodium levels.0

I have PCOS too.
I need to eat small meals every 3 hours in order to feel full. Each meal must contain protein, a fruit or veggie and 3 out of 6 meals need to have a low gi carb. This helps me feel full all the time.
In order to succeed at weightloss with PCOS you need to do too things, keep your carbs under 100 grams per day with majority coming from fruit and vegetable sources and you need to exercise and exercise a lot. It is the only way to succeed, I know as I have tried all kinds of combinations and this is the solid one that works.
Also consider getting wheat completely out of your diet as it really helps with insulin resistance and PCOS.
i AGREE, This is great advice. I do this too and it really helps. I also make lowfat smoothies and add ground flax seed and greens. they are tasty and filling and inbetween carry a water bottle and drink as much water as I can.0
