I am in my 6th week of plant-based, whole foods living and in week 2 of a metablism reset. I have literally gone from spending my day trying not to eat to eating non-stop. And I am still losing weight. You can too!

Read all about it in my blog:

Love it! And the eat more to weigh less works!

By the way, anyone else who is plant strong or thinking about it, I started a group cld Plant Strong Support Group - would love to have you join us!

It has been great to watch your diary over the past couple of weeks. I truly believe in eat more to lose more and a whole foods approach! Way to go. You are living proof!

(I have to be thankful to weights too though)

I have a lot of plant-strong friends on MFP now. Is it OK if I promote your group?

So now that your reset is over are you losing again? And if so are you losing by eating reasonably, or did you have to drop to very low cals again? I need to hear some success stories on resets. Right now all I've read about is how much people gained on reset. I might can handle the gain if I know it will work in the long run, but I've not heard any follow-up success stories.

    Anyone???
