I'm turning 40 at the end of November. I've lost 52 pounds so far and want to lose another 22 to get to my goal. My ultimate goal is to be in the best shape of my life by the time I turn 40.

    Me. Turning 40 in July. Nowhere near my weightloss goal, however, I'm feeling great and I think that's all that matters.
