Well, it was a good run. How much do you think you lost during that time (vs. how much you lost before you went on the wagon?)

I have no idea how accurate this site is, but someone turned it on to me and I use it ever so often when I can't decide how many calories were burned......http://www.fitday.com/webfit/exerciseinfopage.html

Good Luck and just start day one over again, it is never too late to start again:flowerforyou:

    hey dave!

i didnt lose any weight on my fast, hence the reason i got the red cup! yeah it was a good week, i didnt miss it during the week. but i guess after i didnt see any changes, i thought "why deprive myself". prior to the fast i've always sipped and still lost. but idk, everybody's body is different. what'd u do this weekend

Before last week I was in the exact same boat... losing while still drinking but then hit a plateau. I was working out like a dog and thought why bother depriving myself when it didn't make a damn difference.

Personally, I drank like a fish this weekend, but have resisted the urge tonight.

I'm starting to wonder about the whole "alcohol slows weight loss" myth??? And yes, tomorrow is another day to do better. Thanks!

Tameka, you did so well!. I had my first two days on the wagon last week but what's a weekend without a "delicious drink". I'm climbin back on today though.

LOL!! Well at least we both enjoyed ourselves this weekend! Yes let's snap back into it today. Although i've come to a revelation (especially after no lbs lost) that i should limit myself to drinking only on the weekend

You had a great run, though! I personally think limiting it to just one or two times per week is the key. I had a back week last week and drank on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday -- and not just one or two cocktails :blushing: This morning I was up 2 pounds!

But I also think I went from dehydrated on Sunday from the weekend imbibing to retaining all the water I drank on Sunday to flush my system! When I limit myself to drinking just once or twice a week, and obviously in lesser quantities than this weekend (but it was so hot out by the pool!!!!), it doesn't seem to slow the weight loss at all.

It's interesting to hear how differently everyone's bodies respond to what we put in them!
