Work out video tracking

I was going to do my exercise diary, but there is no place to track work out videos. I got Jillian Michaels No more trouble zones, but I'm not sure what to input that as. Just generic cardio?

I also do some videos (Tammilee Webb & Scott Cole Tai Chi), you can just use a general cardio mild or vigorous, both are in there. There is also a "mild stetch" since most video's start with a 5 or 10 min stretch routine, and that cals your cals as well. All you have to do is list the amount of time spent & it calculates calories. There's also a strenth training general you can use (I do for my 10 & 15 min arm routines since I use 5 to 10lb dumbells and really work the muscles).
