    I'm 5'1" and aiming for 135. I'm going to reevaluate as I get closer though to see how I feel with myself. Weight is just a number and is a good starting point, but what I'm really aiming for is being 100% comfortable with myself. It doesn't matter what the scale says as long as I look and feel good.

    I am 5.3" and my first goal is 135, second goal is120. The skinniest I have been was 105
  • Howdy! I'm 4' 11 1/2" and hope to reach 124. It's a big goal, but I'm down 42lbs already!! :smile:

    5'0" with a GW of 110. Only 3-4 lbs to go. On the other hand, I'm not too set on that number. I'm comfortable with how I look now. I'd just like to tone overall and firm up some areas (my abs, my thighs, my upper arms, the usual).

    The lowest weight I've been was 95 back in high school but I have no desire to get back to that. I was too thin and bony.

    I am 5'1 and my goal is 125. Having a hard time getting to 130. Any suggestions?

    5"1 - my personal goal is 130-135

    I would like to be around 125, but even now at 145 I'm told I look smaller than what the scale actually says.

    5'0" currently weight 108lbs--- trying to whittle down to 100lbs.
    I was 127 lbs and looked back at some of my europe trip photos- it's awful to relive my bigger days. i am now 30 yrs old and plan to do europe again only as a hotter version of myself. : )

    5'2'' aiming for around 130. I'll go from there if it's not enough. I've never been a normal weight my entire life so I have no clue how it'll look on my frame!

    I'm 4'11" and my goal is 107. I could go as low as 103, but I remember I was 107 before I had my first child and I liked that weight best :)

    I'm 5'1". I was 160, now I'm 130, but my goal is 120.

    I am 4' 9" and 144.5 pounds and 51 years old. It is time to get the "mindset" going and get in gear! I have the time but lack the "motivation" a lot of times.

    down one pound this week from just eating greens and protein; fruits; & water last week. time to up my health game to increasing my exercise this week. Goal number for this week 3lbs to be lost.

    I am 5ft 1" and aiming at this stage for about 132lb or about 60kg. When I get there I will re-evaluate.
  • I'm 5'1 I'm 119 now want to be 110 or 115
  • I was 137 after I had my baby 9 months ago too. I lost weight by eating 1200 calories and exercising 5 times a week for a half hour each time. Good LUck!!

  • I'm 4'10'' and just joined today. I'm currently 125 and aiming for a muscular 110, since my workouts consist mainly of heavy lifting and moderate cardio.

  • My ultimate goal is to accept my current body--a whopping 12-15 pounds more than i was last year. So, the body in my profile pic is the one I'm trying to be happy with.

    I'm 5'3" and aiming for 130. My legs have always been my thickest part (I was a dancer for 9 years so it's where all my muscle is), however I'm lookig to be a toned and solid 130.

    I'm 5'0. Started MFP January 2013 because at 43 it's getting harder to lose any weight and I felt weak for the first time in my life! I'm outside all the time and it was getting harder to do the things I love!
