I grew up on Miracle Whip, its what my mother preferred. Then I learned the deliciousness of the mayo. Hellman's all the way for us. Full flavor, no light in our house.0

Mayo on sandwiches. I mean how much can someone put on a slice of bread? Mine is usually like 1/2 a tablespoon (if that). If I'm making chicken or tuna salad, I use a little mayo (2- 3 tablespoons depending on the amount I'm making) and mix it with nonfat plain greek yogurt. Yum!0

I usually stick with a light mayo and only 1 tbsp for 1 whole can of tuna type of thing. I have a jar of whipped dressing that's blue menu that I'm trying to go through before I go back to using mayo.0

Mayo, but I only eat it when it's mixed in stuff like tuna salad or egg salad. Miracle Whip is just plain gross.0

I normally love mayo (not miracle whip), but omg, when I found out how many calories are in a serving! Good grief! I have since found lower cal substitutes. Guacamole is an awesome, more flavorful sub, and low fat cream cheese is its milder cousin. Love em. I probably will not go back to mayo until I'm at maintenance.0

Miracle whip! I only use it for tuna salad and cole slaw. I use mayo in my potato salad. Mayo is too oily for me, but in potato salad I mix a lot of mustard into it and it takes the oiliness away. I don't eat either one on a sandwich. That's what mustard is for! LOL0

Yogurt instead of either.0

Either...but I use them for different things.0
