Canned shrimp/crab meat?

Has anyone ever ate canned crab meat or shrimp? I've had canned/pouch salmon but nothing else. I just bought some of all three the other day for easy healthy lunches and am wondering if they're any good?

    Bump because I want to see the replies to this. I've seen a recipe on here that called for canned shrimp, but I've never heard of or seen it before in my life o_o

    Canned shrimp are tiny and are usually added to salads or mixed with mayo, like you would tuna. I do the same with crab but the quality can be hit-or-miss.

    Check the website for the brands you purchased. There will likely be a number of recipes.
