Thank you!! I get on the elliptical everday for half an hour, do atleast 250 sit-ups(the ones from the 30 day shred), do some bicep curls w/ 10 lb weights, and that's about it. As for the diet, I haven't dieted, yet. I just stay within my calorie goal.0 -
