New Rules of Lifting, FOR WOMEN..

Just bought the book, anybody done this? Success stories. Hoping to finish this book by the weekend, and get to "liftin", by Monday! Anybody out there care to join me, I need some serious motivation. I am at my goal weight and ready to build some muscle! ( I know, I could have been doing this all along, WHILE getting to my goal weight, but I didn't.)

Thanks for the input!

Jessica

Toned women look great, and its always nice seeing women over lifting. Just remember that progress will be slow like with fat loss, so don't give up. Have fun and good luck!

I read and loved it. I was supposed to start a month ago, but I fell and hurt myself pretty bad and have been on crutches... So unable to start. But plan to soon. I have another week or so of healing before I'm cleared!

Thank you, I am really excited about starting. I have been doing a few light days this past week and I am feelin' it. OUCH. Sucks to be out of shape. :)

I am currently reading the book as well. I am hoping to start the program after I finish Insanity, which should be at the end of April.

Just finished Stage 1 and lost almost an inch on widest part of tummy, almost an inch from hips, and half inch from waist in 16 workouts. Also, I doubled and sometimes tripled my starting weight on the exercises.

Wow is all I can say - you will love this.
