Almost anything by Pink keeps me going, and 80's hairbands too.

I'm mostly a rocker, so my list is heavy on HEAVY, but I also look for inspirational music (Remember the Name/The Distance/In the End/Galvanize/Lose Yourself) or a good beat (Jump Around/Cult of Personality).

Remember the Name - Fort Minor
Jump Around - House of Pain
    Galvanize - The Chemical Brothers
    Enter Sandman - Metallica
Cult of Personality - Living Color
    The Distance - Cake
In the End - Linkin Park
    Unbelievable - EMF
    Thunderstruck - AC/DC
    Heavy Metal - Sammy Hagar
    Black Betty - Ram Jam
Head Like A Hole - Nine Inch Nails
More Human Than Human - White Zombie
Go Home - Will I am featuring Mick Jagger
    Stranglehold - Ted Nugent
You've got Another Thing Coming - Judas Priest
    Bawitdaba - Kid Rock

and my favorite song on the list based on motivating lyrics alone:
    Lose Yourself - Eminem
My pace always quickens when Lose Yourself comes on. It's a slow beat, but it's a driving beat with motivating lyrics. It makes me put my head down, zone out, and dig in.

I rotate in other songs to freshen it up. There are several other AC/DC songs that I like to rotate in. I also like to rotate in some classic rock just to keep it surprising. Right now I have Foghat/Slow Ride, Deep purple/Smoke on the Water, and Aerosmith/Walk This Way. I'll also rotate in some 80's music, both pop and rock. Try What's on Your Mind (Pure Energy)/Information Society or Looks that Kill/Motley Crue.

ak you'll probably like volbeat call of the warrior,
    flobots white flag warrior
30 seconds to mars this is war
dragonforce through the fire and flames
or other songs, this band's songs are all very long, heavy on the guitar and drums.
perfect for doing sprints or anything fast

Good suggestions. 30 seconds to Mars and Flobots are going on my workout list. Dragonforce is going on my metal playlist. They are alot like Metallica. (Speed Metal that you can understand) Fire and flames is too fast for my legs to pedal to, but I'll check out some of their other stuff.
