I am New, blue, big and need to get fit!

Hi, I am 46 years old, this is my first time here.
I weigh about 170 5'4" and my goal is 135
I don't belong to any fitness clubs, but have quite a few weights, bike, Nordic, DVDs, and a high energy dog.
Mainly walk when the weather is nice, or head to the mall when it's too cold.
I struggle the most with the diet part. Mindless eating, eating while watching a tv.
I decided to turn a corner, after having some health issues, I can change, I want to live life fully and be healthy. My first challenge is to document what I eat and get up off the couch and workout.

Thanks- I believe I figured out how to open. I rarely get on the community board, due to my phone app seems limited to just the diary.
