My prom is in 36 days and Im thinking of doing the 30 day shred to be fit and toned and healthy looking for prom. Does this sound like a good idea? Can anyone tell me if it is online and if so where?

    Hi I have been doing the 30 day shred for a week now and I can really see and feel the difference. I do it first thing in the morning but I also try and do it again in the evening.
