Past midnight and eating?

Options
Okay, My sleep cycle is MESSED UP. I wake up around 10am, every day. (Sometimes 1030, but never later) I dont eat until about 12 noon.

I dont go to bed until about 1-3am EVERY DAY.
I try and fail.

So, my last snack (Usually 100-150 calories except on rare occasions) so, would I add these calories to my current day or a NEW day since its past midnight?
Does it matter?

I have a body bugg and I always try and burn 1,000 more calories more than I eat. If that makes any difference.

I add mine until I fall asleep. Then I consider it a new day therefore new calories.

You can use whatever period works best for you. I have renamed all of my eating windows according to time of day in six 4 hours blocks. I start every day at midnight.

    12AM - 4AM Calories Carbs Fat Protein

    4AM - 8AM

    8AM - 12PM

    12PM - 4PM

    4PM - 8PM

    8PM - 12AM

I'm a night owl too, and this is exactly what I do.

This has really helped me as I was just feeling bad about eating past mid night as I often stay up till 3am. I felt like I was cheating not adding it to the next day but I guess it makes sense to start a new day when I wake up.
