Okay so, I borrowed this from a friend and I was just wondering if your supposed to do phase one for a week and then move onto phase two. Or if you do phase one the first day, phase two the second, and so on and the after phase 4 go back to one again? I'm so confused. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it :)

    each phase lasts 4 weeks and the schedule is the same every week. you can search the exact schedule for each workout but inbox me if you don't find it
