100 OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSIONS!

If this is your second (or more) time doing these, try to beat your previous # by 5 or 10! Be sure to brag when you’re done! Seems like a lot? You can break them up!
Don't have weights? Surely there is something heavy around? A book? A couple of cans?

I'll try later today, if my arm will allow it. I think I overdid something last Friday and have had trouble with my left arm since. I did push ups in class this morning without too much trouble so I may be okay today.0

where did you guys get the cook ticker's to track your weight loss? I am new here, do they just show up as you start tracking?0

I did them at work. One of the little boys grabbed two foam books (I was using both of my 2 lbs weights) and started copying me. lol0

I did them at work and the only weight I have is a 7 lb kettlebell. I had to hold it upside down because it kept banging my arm, and since I only had one I had to do on arm at a time. But did 100 each arm.0 -
