Whey Protein

I have heard whey protein is good for women that it not only fills you up and supresses your appetitie but can help in weight loss.

what are some foods i could mix it with or is it best to just do it as a protein shake?

    If you get a good enough quality whey protein powder you shouldn't need to dress it up to much! Every morning I drink a protein shake with just water and 2 scoops of optimum nutrition 100% whey protein and that is good enough for me! But I also cook with whey protein as well. It is pretty verstile.

    I mix a scoop into my Greek yogurt in the morning after my workout.

    I have a whey protien shake for breakfast each morning. I mix 2 scoops with 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 bag of the Yoplait Frozen Smoothie mix. It's good and fills me up for quite awhile!
