What a difference one year can make!

I'm gonna toot my own horn a little bit here, but in the last year I've:
Lost 200 pounds
Ran 9 5Ks, 2 10Ks, and 2 half-marathons (number 3 is this weekend!)
Gone from a size 6XL shirt to an XL, and waist size 66 to a size 46
Made my health a priority so I can enjoy a longer life with my wife

It sounds cliche, but it's the truth- if I can lose the weight, ANYONE can!

    OMG!!! Congratulations!!!! My fiance started off the same size as you and i literally just texted him the link to this thread because you will be an inspiration to him! I know how hard it is and what dedication this took, so I hope you are incredibly proud of yourself!!!

    You are AMAZING!!! It makes my struggle to lose 40 pounds seem so small (though I know it's all about your mindset). I have a brother who is almost 500 pounds and I wish he could get to where you are in terms of motivation so I don't lose him young. Keep up the great work!!!

    Thank you all so much for the encouragement! Being a part of the MFP community has helped me sooo much, especially all those times where I felt like quitting. Thank you all for being there, the support I receive on here is overwhelming at times!
