Calorie advice, please! (TDEE)

Can someone confirm that I'm doing my numbers right, please? I find anything to do with numbers and calculations quite difficult as I'm number dyslexic :/

I currently weigh 183lbs. I work out 6-7 times a week, but usually on only 5-6 days (sometimes I double up and do two sessions in one day and have a day off the next. My '7th' session is a day mucking out animals and hauling around farm equipment, so I count it as an exercise day, is that right?) My exercise is four 45 min combat sessions (boxing, bag work, stick combat) and one 1-hr weight lifting session per week, plus one dance class.

According to fitgirls, my BMR is 1605, and my TDEE is either 2488 (moderate exercise) or 2769 (heavy exercise). I've seen that people recommend eating 20% less than the TDEE. Would my workouts be moderate or heavy? I think I'm meant to eat either 1990 or 2215 calories, depending on where I place my workouts, yes?

I've been plateuing for two months, but I think my calories may have been too low - I was having 1300-1400 a day. I've bumped up to 1600 a day this week, no noticeable difference on the scales but I've felt 'lighter' around my tummy, weirdly.

Thank you :)

My guess is that you are doing heavy exercise. I think moderate is defined as 3-5 workouts a week (and I would definitely count your hauling of stuff as a workout).
