Hey has anyone used the Davina app? It looks good i am going t try it as of monday but was wondering if anyone has tried it before jsut to see your thoughts..

Same I love the app and its quick workout for when you dont have time but need a boost, but im having the same problem!0 -
I have, been using it for a month on beginner and now just started ocassional, it actually really does work, i havent upgraded because i sweat enough with the free version!! and i have noticed that my legs are getting more toned and so are my arms, and i actually feel better after doing every workout. at first you do get tired fast, but as you keep doing it you just cant stop, plus i put music on, and its real fun. I say give it a go, and see if it works for you, i do 3 workouts of 20 mins each every day, and have one or 2 days rest because i got used to it so when i dont do the workout i just get bored lol.0
