275 Calorie - No Bean Chili - Yummy

I made this up one night when I was desperate for chili.... hope you enjoy!

4 oz ground beef - 5% or less fat
1/2 small onion - chopped
1/2 bell pepper - chopped (i used yellow for the sweetness but green is fine)
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 of 14.5oz can Hunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes - no salt added
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1 TBSP tomato sauce - no salt added
pinch of oregano
pinch of cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste

Brown beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic all together in a saucepan. Once browned, add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

TOTAL CALORIES: 275 (yep! That's it!)
HUGE serving too!!

    Absolutely! At the time though - I couldn't have beans because the HCG diet was sooo restricting! Definitely going to add beans next time though!
