Hey Guys... hopefully theres someone who suffers the same condition I do... fear to go "out of the box" with food choices.... I am considerably overweight but I'm not an over-eater really at all. I barely eat during the day, but get super hungry at night and I am sooo picky! I honestly eat like a 5 year old. I don't like meat except for chicken, and that has to be in nugget form. I am a carbaholic and could eat them every day all day. I do enjoy fruits and vegetables, and have been incorporating them into my new lifestyle change. I need some advice! I have a lot of weight to lose after having 3 babies in the last 4 years and I don't know how to do it the most effectively. I am planning on going to the gym 4 days a week and working out 45 mins to an hour each day, and I have one of the beachbody at home programs... This is definitely a new start for me and I don't want to take it so head on that I get discouraged so I am trying to take small steps. Anyways, suggestions please!!!

Cheerios! They're made from whole oats and have very few ingredients. They're amazing for you and they've become my favorite cereal. It's a great way to get your whole grains.

What I did was a slow process of research and application.

    I started with rice:

    First switch to brown
    Had smaller portions
    Switch to quinoa
    smaller portions

I just did it in baby steps, nothing drastic. Some things I tried really sucked, so I just keep researching for something else.
I am a picky eater, but at the same time I have to tell myself that what I make is still edible even though it is different then the "norm"

    good luck !
