BMR Calculator Accuracy

I need to know my BMR so I know how many calories I really need. I currently eat 1,200 - 1,300 setting my calorie to 1,200 , and eat back some exercise calories .
However, ever since I've been eating less junk food my calorie intake has gotten as low as 1,000 . Anyway , I used the BMR calculator on here it said my BMR was 1,280 , but on another site it said 1,372 .
My BMR is lower , because I'm a tinier person at 5'0 119.5 LB .
So basically what have you found to be the most accurate BMR on here or some where else?
