Just curious about what people are listening to. I am always looking for new interesting and motivating stuff to listen to while i work out. I have been listening to a lot of dubstep lately, when I am lifting, and usually stick to old skool hip hop when i am doing cardio. I also have a healthy dose of good ol' fashioned metal thrown into the mix
here are a couple of things i have been listening to

Ministry of Sound : the darkside of dubstep
Slayer : seasons in the abyss
Jay Z : the dynasty, and the black album
chemical brothers, exit planet dust, hey boy hey girl

you get the idea, so let me know what you are listening to at the gym and maybe if you prefer it for cardio or weights

I find that Sublime's "Caress me Down" is my perfect cardio beat. I also jam out to some Eminem, OK Go, VAST, and Manchester Orchestra. Also when I am reaching my breaking point, I put on Lindsey Sterling's "Crystalize" and just zone out for a bit

*kitten* yeah, OTEP! It kinda amused me to see all the Disney pop princess stuff and then at the bottom of the list. Diverse taste, eh?

I agree. My gym music has to be loud and upbeat (especially when lifting because I often watch tv on my ipad while doing cardio haah).

Hard trance, up-beat trance...love DeadMau5. Have a couple songs that might get my man-card revoked, so I won't list them...but man are they are awesome when I need a boost.
