Hello, fellow fitness pals ! I have a challenge for you. I am planning to burn 10 000 calories next week (starting Monday). By the end of the week (Sunday) and according to math I should lose 2-3 pounds from those calories alone. Who wants to join me in my challenge?

What the heck are you planning to do to burn 1500 calories a day?0
-
Holy crap. I don't know if I'll have the time for that but I would live to try it. Count me in as "hopeful".0

I am doing nothing less than 15 hours of cardio in total. I usually burn 10-11 calories per hour, so it is achievable ! My cardio consists of running and the elliptical trainer0

I do that several times a week, it's not that hard.0 -
uh, no thanks. :noway:0

I'll try anything once...and to start it off---Color Run HOUSTON!!0

I have burned 3500 calories within a day and burning 2,000+ calories wasn't a big deal to me. However, I have learned overtime that this attitude wasn't healthy for me and was hurting my progress rather than helping. So, good luck to you but I shall pass0

This is completely unnecessary...and pretty unhealthy too if you're already eating a deficit. Even if you were eating at maintenance and doing this it would be pretty damned unhealthy.0 -
yea you would surely lose 2-3 lbs but 1-1.5 lbs of that would be muscle and not fat.And building 1-1.5 lbs of muscle in the future would take you a month atleast so chose wisely!0

I'll just have to get up early and do a two-a-day next week. But I do agree with Taunto that doing this consistently would not be healthy. But occasionally, it should be okay.0

I thought that the challenge was to eat 10,000 calories in which case I was going to accept.0

You can lose that much muscle in a week??? I didn't think that would be possible. Water, maybe.0 -
