Hey Everyone,
My name is Sinead aka Pinky. Seeing as I actually am managing to sticking to this i thought i better introduce myself and make life a bit easier. Id appreciate any tips or recipies you all have! Its actually a disgrace how big ive got and its definitely time to fight the flab!! )

What helps me is:
- lots of water
- fat free, as much as possible: milk, yogurt, salad dressings
- lots of fruits and veggies
- grill or bake meats and veggies.
- try out different spices, besides just salt and pepper
- limit saturated fats as much as possible (I do 10g or less per day).
- go for whole grains, not refined.
Try different foods each day--the body will plateau if you have the same routine every day.
Have fun looking for inventive ways to fit exercise into your day--my grandson and I play tag, etc.

Thats probably one of the most inspirational things iv read Paul, thanks.
Your so right, sometimes when you look back you cant help but feel that way.
