Hey,
Been here a couple of days after joinin for the last time and although today was tough mentally I have had 2 good days..
Started bloggin (it is helping me) as havin something to focus my thoughts on at the end of the day is just what I need.. Could do with some supportive friends.. I would love to support others too. If you are up for it then please feel free to add me..

It's ok to have bad days. I'm having a hard time keeping the off. So, I'm back too. I made goal in 2010. Now trying to mantain and haven't been doing well at it.It may get better as the wearther gets warmer: :ohwell:

Been back 2 days.. They have both been good but I done nothin but think of food all day (stayed on track) although I do know there will be days I come off so i'am prepared.
