Healthy snacks before bed

Hi,

I find that sometimes I am really hungry before bed and wont be able to sleep. Any ideas of a healthy snack before bedtime but not too many calories?

    Something I discovered which is pretty amazing;
    Cut a banana into coin sizes and freeze it then the following day mash it up and add some (1 tbsp max) nutella/chocolate spread/peanut butter.
    It's roughly 140 cals and fills you up as a decent snack on it's own :)

    Greek yogurt with fruit. It's a nice sweet treat with a lot of protein to fill you up.

    My usual night time snacks...

    1/2 apple with a stick of reduced fat colby/jack cheese aprox 100 cals
    a mix of 1/2 greek plain and 1/2 "light" vanilla yogurt (3oz each) plus either sliced almonds or berries aprox 150 cals
    a snack cup of no added sugar applesauce with a sprinkle of plain granola aprox 125 cals
