Although most of my weight loss has come in the last 4 to 5 mths. I still cannot believe what I looked like May of last year and what I look like now. I still have a long ways to go but I am never going back! If you ever think of giving up, DON'T! Just look at old pics and tell yourself, you never want to be that way again!
