Yeast - How can I avoid it?

So! I am a vegetarian most of the time and I am working on taking yeast out of my diet. The problem is - I LOVE eating multi grain bread sandwiches and everything baked has yeast in it. Does anyone know breads that do not have yeast in 'em?
Yeast makes our bodies acidic and I have pretty much moved into an Alkaline food. Anyone into Alkaline food and who can help me out here? Thanks!

I recalled having seen something like this from Ezekiel, so check it out. People rave about their breads here!

I vote for Ezekiel bread. Yum! http://www.foodforlife.com/sprouted-grain-difference.html
It's also a complete protein because they make it with both sprouted grains with sprouted legumes.0 -
