Wanting to lose 1.5 lbs. per week, what should my weekly cal

Does anyone know what my WEEKLY calorie deficit should be if I want to lose around 1.5 lbs. per week?

    Hi - that all depends on what you weigh now, your activity level, your exercises, etc. The goals area on this site will take your current stats and step you through the #s in order to achieve your goal.

    If you go to goals and update fitness profile, you should be able to change your goal to what you want to lose per week and it will do all the work for you on what your calorie deficit should be.

    For 1.5 lbs your deficit should either average 750 calories a day or 5250 calorie deficit for a week. But the program will calculate all of this for you!
