Plateau for 3 Weeks!

My scale has not budged up or down in three weeks!!! I'm happy I'm not gaining, seriously to the tenth of a pound exactly for 3 weeks!! I weigh weekly on Fridays.. Sometimes bi-weekly... (The scale I use to measure with is at my parent's house.. I'm a college Student) I'm within 4 pounds of my goal weight and I know the closer you get to your goal the harder it gets... but I was wondering what you guy's thoughts are on plateaus and tips to break them.
The irony of this situation is that I woke up this morning knowing I was going to weigh today, and I FELT smaller. My outfit even made my "pudgy tummy" that I posted about a while back, look flat! hehe

When I weigh myself, I also take measurements with a tape measure. Once a month I take pictures of myself wearing the same outfit so I can compare the differences. If ALL of those things remain the same, then I have a problem that needs to be addressed. But, if my weight is stationary while my clothes are looser and my inches are decreasing, I don't mind that at all. I consider it a huge success since that means you are losing body fat.
But, once again, if everything has stalled, just take a closer look at your intake and make sure you are being 100% honest in your diary. This can really help you see what's going on. You need a calorie deficit to lose, and if you are being 100% honest with logging and not losing, then you know what to do. Eat a little less or burn a few more calories through exercise to increase that deficit. I prefer to add a little more exercise than to take away food.0 -
flat stomachs are usually obtained through depletion, but if you want to be toned you're going to have to do some sort of resistance training.0
