    Thanks I sent some friend request on the Nike + website..

    Glenner: it depends which product you have.. I use the sport band which links to the sensor in my shoe, my iPod also links to my shoe, but I think they have an app that you don't need the sensor for, it goes off motion or GPS or something., I am not sure about that one.. It's best to check the website to see how to use it!
