Hi Everyone,
Well, I took the first step - I joined the site. It's been almost a month, and the changes to my eating habits have really made a difference. Off to a good start, but I'm looking to keep the momentum going.
Anyone have any good tips for staying motivated?

Stay motiviated by setting obtainable goals and challenge yourself to meet them0

Mix up the types of exercise you are doing so you don't get bored, same with what you eat. Challenges are good, as well as non food rewards for little milestones.0

It helped me to set small goals since I had and still have so much to lose. I take one day at a time and try to make the best decisions I can everyday. Whatever I choose to put in my mouth is just that, a choice and I finally realize that I have to live with the consequences of that choice. It really helped me to finally understand after so many years, that "diets" don't really work for me, that I needed to change my life and the way I look at food. Since then, it hasn't been that difficult to stay motivated. Good luck with your journey!0

Thanks everyone! All good ideas. I've got a few mini goals in mind, that I'm trying to stay focused on. I don't want to get too far ahead of myself and get overwhelmed and frustrated.
Are there any challenges on this site that we can join in on? I'd love to be involved in a group - to help stay motivated. Any ideas on where I can look for that?
