bloating question?

Options
I am 5'4 and weigh 123. Ive been eating healthy and exercising and ive lost a few inches off my stomach, which was my goal. Sometimes I'm super bloated and some days i'm not. Usually in the morning I'm not, but *kitten* thhe day goes on and my belly gets bigger. I drink at least 60 oz of water a day, eat healthy, i dont know why it fluctuates all the time and it's really annoying. Any ideas or fixes? the weight is concentrated in my lower abdomen and not so much on my sides, hopefully that makes sense.

Maybe you have an intolerance or allergy to certain foods?
Have you spoken with your doctor? You could be celiac or maybe need to be on a gluten free or dairy free diet?

Look at your food diary. Try to figure out what is making you bloat. I figured out my biggest triggers were highly processed grains, artificial sweetners and whey protein. I can eat minimally processed grains and regular sugar, in moderation, with no problem. I avoid whey protein all together now, but can eat regular dairy products just fine.
