365 days on MFP, 110 lbs total lost (87 lbs in a year)

Hello friends:

I have posted my story before but thought I would share these face & body comparison pics. I joined MFP last March and I have lost 87 lbs in that time for a total of 110 lbs lost. My ticker is not updated as weigh in was yesterday and I was down a bit more today (yayy!) Anyway I am living a healthy lifestyle now and it is amazing what you can do if you eat right and exercise. Thank you MFP and all my awesome friends on here!

    My current weight is 148 and I am 5'4 (and a half hahaha) - healthy bmi for me is up to 145 which is where I am trying to get to as I tone up and figure out maintenance and if I lose a bit more great. Thanks for the kind words!
