Hello friends:

I have posted my story before but thought I would share these face & body comparison pics. I joined MFP last March and I have lost 87 lbs in that time for a total of 110 lbs lost. My ticker is not updated as weigh in was yesterday and I was down a bit more today (yayy!) Anyway I am living a healthy lifestyle now and it is amazing what you can do if you eat right and exercise. Thank you MFP and all my awesome friends on here!

    what an awesome job! you should be so proud! my one year is coming up soon too! and i also sat in that ripleys chair when i was at my biggest and got my picture taken....so i may have to copy you and post mine too :P you are amazing! keep it up!
