How to change day diary starts

Hi - can anyone tell my where I can change the day the diary starts. Many thanks.

    at the top of the screen there are arrows next to where the date is. Just click on them to advance the date! : )

    What do you mean by change the day the diary starts?

    I don't think you can change anything about the dairy except for the macro's, calories and if it's private or not.
