Just wanted to share a NSV. I have been back on MFP for 70 days today. I have lost 9.6 lbs so far. I know not a lot in that amount of time but I am wanting to lose it slowly this time so it will stay off. I have NOT had ANY kind of soda for 45 days and have been doing Zumba two times a week for five weeks now. I am so proud of myself. I was drinking at a minimum 4 cans of REGULAR soda a day and not exercising at all. I feel a lot better about myself and can only imagine how I will feel when I get to a healthy BMI. That is my ultimate goal.

Good job! You should be proud of yourself! You are working hard, and your efforts are paying off!0

You are taking the pounds off and that's wonderful, no matter the time frame! My husband lost a similar amount and he thought it wasn't a big deal until I handed him a 10 lb. weight and had him hold it up for a couple minutes...then he realized just how much lighter he actually was! So each day will get you moving toward better health and is a mini-victory. As we all know, time will pass no matter what you do, so isn't it better to use that time to improve your life and health?0

That is awesome! Getting rid of the soda and exercising are huge accomplishments. Good for you. You gave us all a boost!0
