Hi, I'm new to MFP, entered in weight exercises, but

mfp is not calculating the number of calories I burned doing the exercises. How do I get it to do this? Also, shouldn't I be able to eat more calories given the exercise?

Generally, MFP does not give you calories burned for strength training activities.0

Strenght training exercises don't add your calories. I use a heart rate monitor and create my own exercises in the exercises section so that I can add in my calories burned. Hope that helps. Feel freet to add me0

Strength training is listed as a cardio exercise, find it there and you'll get credit for your burn0
