For those of you who celebrate Easter, what's on your Easter menu?

I say forget the diet on holidays.

We're having:
Crab Cakes
Lamb with Tarragon-Mint Butter
Green Veggies
Couscous with Pine Nuts
Strawberry-Lemon Parfaits

My family isn't overly fond of ham so I am planning:

grilled sirloin with grilled onions and peppers
    green salad
    baked beans
the kiddos will probably want dinner rolls, but I will pass.

angel food cake with strawberries or a fruit salad for dessert

    Happy Easter

    green beans
    english peas
    scalloped potatoes
    prob baked sweet potatoes too
    pecan tarts

i dunno what else. my mom makes most of it still :)

We always try to do it up :P
We never do ham, we always do some other type of meat.

In England it's got to be spring lamb for Easter. Unfortunately we haven't seen much sign of spring yet (still snowing!!) but we'll be having roast lamb with loads of vegies and a nice lemon pudding with raspberries to balance the chocolate overload.
